Once payment is made, you should receive the following digital copy of:
- Receipt
- Medical Certificate
- MOH Result Slip (this document is a proof of successful submission of your result to MOH)
Within 2 hours upon making payment, subject to availability of courier.
We assure you that MOH submission is done immediately at the end of every consult. We will send you the MOH ART Result slip as the documentary proof of successful submission to MOH.
Please call the MOH Hotline at 1800 333 9999 if you have yet to receive the SMS from MOH after 24 hours. Please let them know that our clinic has done all the required steps to submit the correct information (including the SMS number) and you have the result slip with you. Please kindly ask them to trigger the SMS again.
